Thereafter, your personal data will be retained for as long as it takes for the legal liabilities arising from the processing in question to expire, in accordance with applicable law. Once this period expires, all personal data of users and/or customers will be deleted.

In the same way, in the cases of treatment of personal data of a person with limited rights, the latter guarantees to Markstrat, S.L. that he/she has the authorisation of the holders of his/her guardianship or curatorship so that Markstrat, S.L. treats the referred personal data in accordance with what is established in this privacy policy.
- CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS, INCLUDING SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND TRANSFERS TO THIRD COUNTRIES OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS (INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS):
